SERVICES
Music therapy
Music therapy is a form of therapy that uses music to assist people. You can listen to songs and sounds or play musical instruments, which helps you to better understand and feel yourself emotionally and mentally. Music therapy helps you relax, connect with your emotions, alleviate stress, and resolve the difficulties you are facing.
Music therapy is an evidence-based form of creative therapy that uses music and its elements to improve emotional, physical, and mental health, as well as an individual’s quality of life. It is a therapeutic process where a qualified music therapist uses music to support personal development, self-expression, communication, and personal growth and well-being.
Familiy therapy
Family therapy is a psychotherapeutic method that systematically examines the family and focuses on family relationships to bring recurring patterns to light, resolve conflicts, improve relationships, and support the implementation of desired therapy goals and changes. Family therapy is based on the understanding that the family system influences the behavior, emotions, and well-being of individual family members, thus necessitating the involvement of the entire family in the therapy process. The goal of family therapy is to create a safe and supportive environment where all family members can communicate openly and discuss their concerns. The family therapist helps understand the dynamics of family relationships, identify sources of problems, and find ways to overcome them.
Breathwork therapy
Breath therapy, also known as breathwork, focuses on conscious breathing techniques to improve mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. By incorporating various breathing exercises, such as continuous connected breathing, and psychotherapeutic discussions before and after sessions, breath therapy aims to bring about positive changes in individuals’ lives, fostering overall balance and wellness. When conducted under the guidance of a certified breath therapist in a professional psychotherapeutic setting, breathwork can be an effective tool for personal growth and development.
Grief counseling
Grief counseling is a supportive and therapeutic process aimed at helping the bereaved cope with their loss. It helps to understand the emotions and reactions associated with grief, providing guidance and support through the stages of grieving. Through grief counseling, individuals can find ways to heal from their loss and establish a new sense of normalcy in life. A grief counselor assists in expressing, understanding, and accepting deep emotions, creating a safe space for the bereaved to openly discuss their feelings. They can suggest techniques to support oneself during the grieving process based on the individual’s specific needs and recommend support groups or self-help materials that can be helpful during this time. Through grief counseling, individuals may feel understood and less alone in their grief, gradually achieving improved emotional well-being and mental health.
Experience counseling
Experience counseling is a process that places importance on individuals’ shared experiences. It is based on the idea that people are the best experts in their own lives and can find solutions to their problems, but may need the support of a counselor with similar experiences for their mental health and well-being. It’s important to note that while our experiences may be similar, each person is still unique with their own distinct experiences. A significant part of experience counseling is to help individuals discover their strengths, resources, and possibilities that can aid in coping with difficulties. Through experience counseling, one can achieve a deeper understanding of their experience, increase self-confidence and self-awareness, and create new opportunities and perspectives in life. The unique aspect of an experience counselor is that they have undergone a similar experience in their own life. Having worked through and recovered from their painful experiences, they can listen, understand, and support other individuals in need.
